This project examines sexual harassment in K-12 schools over the course of 30 years and identified future directions for research, litigation and school strategies.

This project looks at sexual harassment in K-12 schools over the past 30 years. This project examines how sexual harassment is defined in schools, takes a look at past sexual harassment cases from schools, and the effect sexual harassment can have on children. This project also looks at bullying, the problems with the bullying framework, and how bullying is different from sexual harassment. Finally, this project will examine strategies that can help create school environments free from sexual harassment and gender violence in the 21st century.
