This article is a compilation of symposium speeches that were given at the Hastings Women's Law Journal Symposium. The speeches first address sexual harassment and the outcome of the Davis v. Monroe County Board of Education case. They then goes on to discuss the ways in which zero-tolerance policies might create a less safe environment within schools.
