Wellesley Centers for Women logo

In the wake of the recent Supreme Court decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, we at the Wellesley Centers for Women stand with women and all pregnant people’s personal decisions about their reproductive health and their bodies.

Our mission is to advance gender equality, social justice, and human wellbeing, and we cannot achieve those things without protecting and supporting reproductive rights, including access to abortion. Bodily autonomy is a foundation of equality and wellbeing, and access to safe, affordable reproductive health care is essential for equal participation in a just society.

We believe that a world that is good for women is good for everyone, and we also believe that reproductive rights benefit everyone. We will continue to stand up for gender equality and equal rights for all people, and look forward to standing together with you.
