Shipping and handling charges will be added to all purchases not in an electronic format.

U.S. rates:
* up to $12.00 add $5.00
* $12.01 - $25.00 add $7.50
* $25.01 - $75.00 add $10.00
* $75.01 - $100 add $12.00
* over $100 add 12% of total order

Additional international postage (Air mail)
Canada: Add $1.00 for each paper, report (excludes special reports and teaching guides), or audio or video; $5.00 for each book (includes special reports and teaching guides).

All other countries: Add $5.00 for first paper, (excludes special reports and teaching guides), or tape, $1.00 for each additional paper (excludes special reports and teaching guides) or tape, $11.00 for each book (includes special reports and teaching guides).

All prices are in US dollars.

Note to international customers: Occasionally the shipping and handling calculation may not take all factors into account. Our publications office will contact you after receiving your order to verify any changes in the shipping and handling costs.
