Operations Manager - Work, Families & Children Research Group

Clint Sours is an Operations Manager at the Wellesley Centers for Women at Wellesley College. At WCW, he is an administrator with the Work, Families & Children Research Group, overseeing operations of the Massachusetts EEC CLASS® Training and Supports grant.

In this role, he implements training programs in the CLASS® assessment, serving pre-K education professionals. Major aspects include promotion, communication, trainee registration, financial operations, and liaison with vendors, as well as post-training processes such as trainee surveys and tracking.

Prior to joining WCW, Clint held administrative positions in healthcare and medical education, where he launched medical education programs, prepared grant applications, and implemented hospital process improvement projects.
