
Lucy Cheskin
Research Assistant - BA, Wellesley College
Lucy Cheskin is a research assistant at the Wellesley Centers for Women, where she works with Sari Kerr, Ph.D., on the Women in the Workplace Research Initiative. Lucy assists with research on the dynamics of the gender earnings gap using longitudinal data from U.S. firms and households.
Prior to joining WCW, Lucy received her B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Wellesley College. For her senior thesis, she examined the effects of information provision on attitudes toward gender pay disparities. She also completed internships at Equal Rights Advocates and the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women.
