Kelsey Taylor, M.S., LMHC, is a clinical program director at the Wellesley Centers for Women. She works with Tracy R.G. Gladstone, Ph.D., on the Depression Prevention Research Initiative. She leads the school mental health screening initiative—conducting clinical assessments and follow-up interviews with adolescents at risk for depression, overseeing educational presentations, and coordinating with school administration. She also supports ongoing clinical and research activities.
Prior to working at the Centers, Taylor worked for non-profit agencies treating mental health concerns, addressing complex trauma, and supporting resilience in children, youth, and families through direct clinical work, clinical supervision, training, and initiatives. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of New England in psychology and social relations as well as a master’s degree in counseling psychology and a graduate certificate in women’s studies from Northeastern University. She is an instructor at Boston College School of Social Work and Boston College Continuing Education.
