Today's parents and school administrators are more aware of bullying and the damaging effects it can cause to children. There are anti-bullying programs that call attention to the issue and parents are talking to their children about it. Yet somehow, this awareness has left some parents and their children feeling confused about what is considered bullying and what is a normal childhood conflict.
