Waltham parents grill administrators over bullying

Parents met recently with Fitzgerald Elementary School (Waltham, MA) administrators to discuss incidents of bullying by an 11-year-old student. Police have filed charges against the student. School principal Alice Shull promised angry parents that communications with parents will improve and that she will develop a list of ways for the school to tackle bullying, including using Open Circle.
