Working at WCW 

All Wellesley Centers for Women (WCW) staff members are Wellesley College employees. Open positions at WCW are posted on the Wellesley College human resources website. Applications should be made directly to the human resources office at the College as per the instructions on their website. The research conducted at the WCW is funded by federal and private foundation grants. All research positions are tied to specific funding in hand.

Student employment

WCW employs approximately 70 Wellesley College students in part-time research and administrative positions, as casual wage and through work study programs. WCW also offers five Wellesley College student research internships. Four of the internships are available for the academic year, one is for a summer fellowship.
