In this article, reporter Laura Pappano investigates the impact of anti-bullying programs on students. In an interview with Ms. Pappano, Nancy Mullin, Principal Investigator of the Project on Teasing and Bullying said, " A lot of bullying happens right in the classroom, right under the teacher's nose. If you say 'Boys will be boys' and the expectation is that boys will deck each other . . . what is the message there?"
