With the click of a key, bullies can humiliate their peers. What are schools doing to prevent this?

Internet and cell phones have become tools in the hands of school bullies to add speed to their acts. Nancy Mullin, Principal Investigator of the Project on Teasing and Bullying, discusses how these tools are just new vehicles, "not new bullying." She advises teachers and principals to persist in trying to stop this behavior by engaging parents and students in the effort.
