On bully patrol
The Boston Globe By age 30, one in four bullies will have a criminal record. Across the nation, children ages 8-15 reported bullying is a greater threat than racism and the pressure to abuse drugs and alcohol. Nancy Mullin, of the Wellesley Centers for Women’s Teasing and Bullying Project, thinks reducing bullying will help to reduce the recent onslaught of school violence. Many school officials agree and are working to instate anti-bullying programs. |
