As a former elementary teacher in Stoughton, Massachusetts, Nancy brings a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and a high regard of the role of an educator to her work as the Training Director of Open Circle.
In addition to having experience in the classroom, Nancy was a principal owner of Baker-MacKay Associates, a training and consulting firm offering services to non-profit organizations in the areas of community building, leadership training and board development. Nancy received her B.A. in elementary education and psychology from Elmira College in Elmira, N.Y.
Nancy is pleased to have the opportunity to work with educators to create caring, respectful classroom and school communities, creating the best possible environment for learning for all.
