Shipping and handling charges will be added to all purchases not in an electronic format.

U.S. rates:
* up to $12.00 add $5.00
* $12.01 - $25.00 add $7.50
* $25.01 - $75.00 add $10.00
* $75.01 - $100 add $12.00
* over $100 add 12% of total order

Additional international postage (Air mail)
Canada: Add $1.00 for each paper, report (excludes special reports and teaching guides), or tape; $5.00 for each book (includes special reports and teaching guides).

All other countries: Add $5.00 for first paper, (excludes special reports and teaching guides), or tape, $1.00 for each additional paper (excludes special reports and teaching guides) or tape, $11.00 for each book (includes special reports and teaching guides).

All prices are in US dollars.
