Adjusting the Volume on Audio/Video Files

If you have trouble hearing an audio or video file on this site, you might try:

• turning up the volume on your computer speakers


• turning up the volume on the media player


• if neither of the above work, you might need to turn up the volume in the Control Panel of your computer. Under Sounds: choose "Adjust the system volume" (These instructions are for Windows PC only; Mac volume can be adjusted from the menu bar or dashboard.)
