Laura Pappano, Wellesley Centers for Women’s (WCW’s) writer-in-residence published an article in the Harvard Education Letter on studies that identify key factors in leadership development. Researchers are looking at factors in children’s lives that may indicate whether or not they’ll be a leader in their adult life. These factors include, “the role of parents, inner motivational drive, intelligence, childhood social skills, and personality traits.”
