Wellesley College Partners with U.S. State Department to Present Pilot Institute for Women Leaders From Around the World

Wellesley College will join the U.S. State Department and its sister colleges (Barnard, Bryn Mawr, Mount Holyoke, and Smith) in presenting the inaugural Women in Public Service Summer Institute, which will take place on the Wellesley College campus June 11 to June 22, 2012. Rangita de Silva-de Alwis, S.J.D., Director of International  Human Rights Policy Programs at the Wellesley Centers for Women (WCW), will serve as Director of the Women in Public Service Project Summer Institute. The institute will call together 50 women leaders from around the world, including areas undergoing political and social change.
