The Master's as the New Bachelor's

As the number of high school graduates attending college has increased, the bachelor's degree has been a bit devalued in the job market. Having a master's degree often sets job candidates apart. Additionally, master's degrees are becoming more specific and utilitarian, and the programs often offer opportunities for field work and networking. These factors have made the master's the fastest-growing degree.
