School-Level Interventions Reduce Dating ViolenceThe Justice BlogTracy Russo November 15, 2011 The Justice Blog posted about the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) study, Shifting Boundaries: Final Report on an Experimental Evaluation of a Youth Dating Violence Prevention Program in New York City Middle Schools, by Nan Stein, Ed.D, and Bruce Taylor, Ph.D. The study focused on the effectiveness of dating violence and sexual harassment programs in 30 New York City public middle schools, and suggests that school-level interventions can reduce dating violence among middle school students. |
