SEED program taking root in Millburn

Teachers and administrators in the Millburn, NJ school district received training in the national SEED (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity) program over the summer. SEED is a staff development program with the goal of training administrators and teachers in creating a more gender-fair, equitable, and multicultural curriculum. Participants say that the training has changed the way they look at teaching and learning.
