Peggy McIntosh recently delivered an interactive lecture at Fordham University, "Coming to See Privilege Systems: The Surprising Journey." In this lecture, McIntosh talked about overcoming racism and sexism through understanding unearned advantages and disadvantages, and discussed her process in writing the essay, White Privilege: Unpacking the Invivisble Knapsack.
