Opinion: Women no longer only sex media objectifies

One of privileges enjoyed by middle-class, heterosexual white American males according to the list compiled by Peggy McIntosh in "White Privilege: Unpacking the Invisible Knapsack" is being able to see images of sparsely dresses women in media designed to appeal to them. The columnist believes that this privilege is no longer enjoyed by only heterosexual men, as images of sparsely dressed men now flood the media as well.
