The Worcester Telegram and Gazette
Carolyn C. Dykema
March 18, 2010

State Rep. Carolyn C. Dykema of Massachusetts wrote in the Worcester Telegram and Gazette on bullying. According to the Wellesley Centers for Women, between 12 to 25 percent of United States students are bullied frequently, while 15 to 20 percent of others admit to bullying others regularly. An Act Relative to Bullying in Schools has been recently passed in the Senate, and is soon to be debated in the House, providing legislative help to K-12 schools dealing with this issue.
