After-school programs augment studies

This article publishes some results from the study on how after-school programs benefit students, released by the National Institute on Out-of-School Time (NIOST). Beth Miller, adviser to NIOST, states in response to fund shortages, "We're really at a crossroads. We will either move forward or get pushed back."
